Manicure

Want to look clean and good? Find out!

Take your pick from a click away!

1. Start off with clean nails. Remove any old polish on your nails with a polish remover. Use an old toothbrush and good soap to scrub and clean.

2. Get your hands ready. Fill the manicure bowl and soak your hands in warm water or milk for 5 minutes to soften the cuticles.

3. Remove your nails from the water or milk and dry them off. Rub them with a rich moisturizer.

4.Trim your nails if they are long. Trim them evenly so they are all the same length. File your nails if they are short. File them in such a way the edges of your nails become smooth and round.

5. Apply cuticle remover on the cuticles. Push them back with the cuticle pusher. Use the cuticle cutter to trim the dead skin away. Be gentle. After which, apply cuticle oil/cream on the cuticles to protect and keep them moisturized.

6. Buff your nails. Smoothe out the uneven nail base.

7. Apply nail stengthener before base coat. Always protect your nail before rushing to apply polish and art.

8. When applying polish coat, use three strokes only. This is important to avoid streaks and lumps. Apply the polish using the technique: one stroke down the center and then left and then right. Repeat for two times.

9. Apply top coat for manicure to last longer.

NOTE:

Don't do this close to bedtime, since the nails will press against the sheets and form lines. Do it at least two hours before bedtime. Be patient and let nails harden before doing any work that might mess up your perfect manicure!
